Landon advanced to 6-0 following a dominating victory over Timon St. Jude. The Bears were on fire every step of the way, controlling the game both offensively and defensively to take a 15-1 win.
Scoring a pair of goals in the first quarter, Landon added four more by the half. Timon found no way to stop the bleeding in the second half as Landon continued to dominate. The third quarter saw another four goals, followed by the final five in the fourth.
Drennan Greene could not seem to miss, netting five goals on six shots. Joey Epstein and Griffin Brown both added on two goals each. Nate Buller and Colton Rupp quarterbacked the offense splitting six assists between the two of them. Rupp added on a goal for himself, as well.
Off and running to a fantastic start, the Bears have six wins in as many games. Last year, Landon finished 18-4, placing 8th in the DigitalSports National Lacrosse Rankings. This season, the Bears look even better, looking to make a shot for a Top 5 place.
Landon gets back to work on just a day after on March 27, facing McCallie School at home.
